19/09/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 18 September, the EU Council adopted, after negotiation with the European Parliament, the decision establishing the specific programme “Civil Justice” as part of the general programme “Fundamental Rights and Justice” for the period 2007-2013. The sum of €109,300,000 will be allocated for implementing this programme over the next seven years. (bc)
