12/09/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 10 September, the Chairman of the international affairs committee of the Council of the Russian Federation Mikhail Marguelov told Russian press agency Ria Novosti that he intended to stand for the Presidency of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE).
