Brussels, 06/09/2007 (Agence Europe) - In November, the European Union will bring together the ministers and experts of the EU and partner countries of Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe and Russia, Latin America and the United States for an indepth discussion on weapons of mass destruction (WMD) and proliferation.
