06/09/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 5 September, the European Commission granted clearance to the acquisition of Electrodomésticos Menaje del Hogar S.A. of Spain, a retailer of domestic electrical appliances, by KESA Electricals plc of the UK. The proposed acquisition of French company Go Voyages SA by Groupe Arnault SAS also of France and Belgian finance-raising holding company Compagnie Nationale à Portefeuille was also approved by the Commission.
