Javier Solana visits Middle East in hope of re-opening of negotiations

Brussels, 04/09/2007 (Agence Europe) - High Representative for the CFSP Javier Solana is continuing his visit of the Middle East, due to end on Wednesday in Cairo, where he will travel from Beirut. On this trip he has already been to Palestine, Israel and Jordan for talks on preparations for the next Quartet meeting scheduled for this autumn in New York.
