22/08/2007 (Agence Europe) - On 7 August 2007 the European Commission cleared the proposed acquisition of joint control by Jersey-based Segulah and Finland-based CapMan over the combined activities of Infocare (Norway) and Powermill (Sweden), two companies active in the provision of maintenance services to IT and consumer electronics products in the Nordic area. The Commission concluded that the transaction would not significantly impede effective competition in the Union. (cd)
