31/07/2007 (Agence Europe) - On 31 July, the European Commission granted clearance to the acquisition of sole control of Bavaria Yachtbau GmbH of Germany by an entity controlled by Bain Capital Investors LLC. Bain is active in private equity investments and Bavaria is a builder of sailing yachts and motor boats. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure. (ol)
