The French wind farm operator THEOLIA has acquired two other companies which are active in the sector, one Italian, one Dutch, for €27.5 million and €17.5 million respectively. The company has also announced the creation of THEOLIA EMERGING MARKETS, a company which will be active only in emerging countries, and in which it will hold 51% of the capital.
