ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) construction

Germany's second biggest construction company Bilfinger Berger has signed a deal worth nearly a billion euros in Qatar, as part of a vast building project. Details have yet to emerge but Bilfinger Berger is believed to have agreed to build 6,000 homes and related infrastructure by May 2010.
