12/04/2007 (Agence Europe) - Around a hundred representatives from European liberal and democratic parties will meet on Friday and Saturday in Zagreb in Croatia for the meeting of the ELDR Congress. Their discussions on 13 April will focus on democratisation efforts in Russia, liberalisation of the postal services and Europe as a global partner.
