Luxembourg, 30/03/2007 (Agence Europe) - The Advocate General Ms V. Trstenjak presented her conclusions on 28 March in case C-503/04 concerning the granting of public procurement contracts in the German towns of Brunswick and Bockhorn. She advises that the Court rule against Germany for the situation in Brunswick, which has not been rectified, but considers that recent developments in the case of Bockhorn make the case against it inadmissible.
