25/01/2007 (Agence Europe) - The EU ministerial troika - currently composed of the German foreign minister, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, his Portuguese counterpart, Luis Amado (next EU Presidency), EU High Representative for the CFSP Javier Solana and Commissioner Benita Ferrero-Waldner - will be meeting on 29 January in Berlin with the Afghan foreign minister, Rangin Spanta.
