20/12/2006 (Agence Europe) - On Monday, the European Commission approved the proposed acquisition of sole control of part of Exxon-Mobil - ExxonMobil Central Europe Holding GmbH (ExxonMobil CEH) of Germany by Petroplus International B.V. (Petroplus) of the Netherlands controlled by Riverstone Holdings LLC of the United States, by way of purchase of shares.
