20/12/2006 (Agence Europe) - On Monday, the European Commission gave the green light to the acquisition of sole control of Hilding Anders Holding AB (Hilding Anders) of Sweden by Candover Partners Limited (Candover) of the United Kingdom, by way of purchase of shares. Candover provides equity for European buy-outs. Hilding Anders develops manufactures and markets beds, mattresses and related products. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure. (ol)
