19/12/2006 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 12 December, the European Commission approved the proposed concentration by which ICA Baltic AB, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ICA AB (ICA) of Sweden will acquire exclusive control of the Rimi Baltic AB joint venture (Rimi) of Sweden, by way of purchase of shares.
