Brussels, 05/12/2006 (Agence Europe) - Energy Commissioner Andris Piebalgs inaugurated the beginning of the Estlink service, an underwater electricity cable 150 kilometres long between Harku in Estonia and Espoo in Finland, that now links the electricity systems of the Baltic countries to the Scandinavian transmission networks.
