03/11/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given the green light to the proposed acquisition by Deutsche Bank AG and American International Group of joint control of the Moscow residential complex Pokrovsky Hills, which belongs to a Cayman Islands-based company of the same name. The transaction was examined under the simplified procedure. (ab)
