Belgian court provided with criteria to help it decide what constitutes misleading advertising in the Lidl/Colruyt case

Luxemburg, 20/09/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European directive on misleading and comparative advertising, in principle, allows a retailer to use comparative advertising relating to a selection of basic consumables.
