The Temporary International Mechanism (TIM) set up by the European Commission to provide aid to the Palestinian people directly (bypassing the Hamas-led government) is not able to meet all the basic needs of the population, all the more as “over 90,000 government workers are excluded from the scheme”, Oxfam explains....
