The French company EVIALIS (turnover of 647 million EUR in 2005), has opened talks with the Dutch NUTRECO with a view to purchasing its subsidiary TROUW NUTRITION. This company, which produces "premixes" and speciality food products for inclusion in animal foods, turned over 20 million EUR in 2005 and employs 65.
