NEWS CORP, Rupert Murdoch's group, has just spent 188 million dollars on a majority holding in the capital of JEMBA, a German group which specialises in ring tones, games and logos for mobile telephones, from the American VERISIGN. NEWSCORP will transfer JEMBA's activities to its FOX MOBILE subsidiary, to create the world's largest mobile telephone entertainment company.
