Opening of debate in autumn with EU citizens as part of Commission's “plan D”

Brussels, 24/08/2006 (Agence Europe) - On 7-8 October a European Citizens' Consultation to bring Plan D to life will be launched in Brussels by the European Commission. This aims to develop “Democracy, Dialogue and Debate” on the future of Europe, announced a European Citizen Action Service (ECAS) press statement.
