03/08/2006 (Agence Europe) - Iveta Sulca has been appointed the new Head of the European Commission Representation in Latvia. She took up her post on 1St August 2006. A press release says that, prior to joining the Commission, she had served as Latvian Ambassador to the Czech Republic and Croatia, then was Under-Secretary of State ion the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
