19/07/2006 (Agence Europe) - According to expedited procedure, the Commission has authorised the following operations that do not pose any competition problems: - Acquisition of MAN Roland by ACP: Of these two German companies, one (ACP) is active in investment and the other (MAN) is specialised in finance, insurance and asset management. - Acquisition of Limoni by Bridgepoint: Bridgepoint is a British company present in several areas of activity while Limoni is an Italian company operating in retail sales of perfumery and cosmetics products. - Acquisition of Telent by Fortress: Fortress (USA) is to fully take over control of Telent (UK). Telent provides telecom equipment to telecom operators, companies and the public sector. Fortress is a private investment and asset management company.
