Rise in foreign direct investment in 2006

Brussels, 18/07/2006 (Agence Europe) - In 2005, foreign direct investment (FDI) in countries outside the EU25 rose by 19% in comparison with 2004, from €129 billion to €153 billion: the United Kingdom led the way (37% of the total), followed by France (12%) and Luxemburg (10%).
