MILLHOUSE CAPITAL, the holding belonging to Russian business man Roman Abramovich, has acquired 41.3% of the Russian steel company EVRAZ (13.9 million tonnes produced last year). The purchasing price was not disclosed but corresponds to market conditions - € 3.2 bn.
