The French company DANONE has announced the creation of STONYFIELD EUROPE, specialising in fresh organic milk products. 80% controlled by DANONE and 20% owned by the US STONYFIELD FARM company, it is in fact an 80% subsidiary of DANONE. The new company will take over 37% of the capital in the Irish GLENISK firm, a fresh organic milk product leader in Ireland.
