19/05/2006 (Agence Europe) - Energy Commissioner Andris Piebalgs was to give the signal for the departure of Shell Eco Marathon, a car race open to fuel-efficient vehicles, on Friday afternoon at the Nogaro circuit (near Pau, southwest France).
