13/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - In a press release published on 8 March, the European medicines Agency says it is continuing to work to speed up the authorisation of avian influenza vaccines for veterinary use. The Agency has also decided to grant fee waivers for the marketing authorisation procedures of bird flu vaccines and variations relating to the pandemic use of the vaccine.
