Professionals disappointed at lack of ambition in communication on aid to fisheries sector

Brussels, 13/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Association of National Organisations of Fishing Enterprises in the EU (Europêche) and the “fisheries” section of the General Confederation of Agriculture Cooperatives in the EU (Cogeca) consider that the measures proposed by the European Commission to improve the economic situation of the fisheries sector are “unambitious” (see EUROPE 9148).
