The Italian PIRELLI group (annual turnover of EUR 3.5 billion, with a workforce of 21,500) is preparing to float 30% 40% of its tyres business, which help raise EUR 850 million or EUR 1 billion for the company. The tyre branch alone represents 80% of PIRELLI's turnover.
