11/01/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has authorised the project put forward by the Spanish electricity operator, Endesa Europe, to acquire Zespól Elektrowni Dolna Odra Spólka Akcyjna, a Polish state-owned company. The company, based in Nowe Czarnowo, is active in the electricity and heating sectors in Poland. The operation has been examined according to simplified procedure.
