Barcelona Euromed Summit: work programme and Euromed counter-terrorism code of conduct adopted by Euromed partners

Following the special meeting to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the EuroMed Partnership in Barcelona on 28 November, European Union Member States and Mediterranean partner countries approved a Five Year Work Programme and a EuroMed Counter-terrorism Code of Conduct, but did not agree on a final joint statement (it was replaced by a statement by EuroMed Summit President Tony Blair, see EUROPE 9077).
