Dick Marty strongly suspects CIA involvement in illegal action in Europe

Brussels, 14/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday, the rapporteur of the Council of Europe Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights (also reporting on the alleged CIA secret detention centres in Europe), Dick Marty, said 'information gathered to date reinforced the credibility of the allegations concerning the transfer and temporary detention of individuals, without any judicial involvement in European countries.'
