05/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - The report by British Tory MEP Charles Tannock on the EU's Neighbourhood Policy will be discussed and voted on in plenary at the European Parliament in January of next year (as will Elmar Brok's report on the EU's enlargement policy, see Europe 9078).
