CEMENTOS PORTLAND VALDERRIVAS (part of Spanish company FCC; annual turnover EUR 736.3 mil, workforce of 2640) has made a takeover bid for the remaining 69.2% stake in CEMENTOS LEMONA (EUR 92 mil turnover at the end of September, with workforce of 300) for EUR 248.3 mil (EUR 32 a share).
