05/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - A laconic press release from the Council of Europe explains that the ordinary budget for 2006 of the 47-member pan-European body 'represents a zero growth increase in real terms.' Together with Partial Agreements and other budgets, the Council of Europe total budget amounts to EUR 262.6 million in 2006 (Ordinary Budget 190.148 mil, up from 186 mil in 2005).
