02/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has approved the proposal from German companies Baubedarf Lehrman Holding GmbH and Deutschland GmbH, which is controlled by CRH plc of Ireland, to take joint control of Bauking AG, which manages Do It Yourself (DIY) shops and the Hagebau franchises. Examination was under the simplified procedure.
