01/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has approved the proposal by Spanish Iberian Capital Fund, Prisaprint SL and Inversiones Ibersuizas SA and Dutch Polestar-Watmoughs companies to take joint control of Dédalo Grupo Grafici. The plan was approved according to the simplified prodecure.
