Brussels, 02/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - Meeting on Thursday afternoon, the EU' telecoms ministers discussed the European Commission's i2010 strategy and adopted conclusions on it. Unveiled early in June 2005 by Commissioner Reding, the i2010 strategy sets out the European Commission's recommended political guidelines for the next five years in ITC (Information Technology and Communications), namely establishing a single European information area; boosting innovation and investment in ITC R&D,...
