Brussels, 18/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - The second session of negotiations between the EU and the United States with a view to reaching a trans-Atlantic open-skies aviation agreement concluded in Washington on 18 November with significant progress made on the technical aspects, according to Stefaan De Rynck, spokesperson to the European Commissioner in charge of Transport, Jacques Barrot.
