07/09/2005 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday the European Parliament adopted the report by Zsolt Laszlo Becsey (EPP-ED, Hungary) on two legislative proposals aimed at simplifying the obligations relating to value added tax (VAT). In this report, the EP supports the Commission's idea to establish a “one stop shop” system for VAT declarations. EUROPE will come back to this.
