Brussels, 22/08/2005 (Agence Europe) - With T-shirts, bras and linen fabrics from China nearing their import limits authorised by the Shanghai agreement of last June, the "textiles committee" of the EU is to meet on Thursday to look at the options open to the Union (see EUROPE 9009). One possible solution considered by the experts is to transfer some of the authorised quotas for the year 2006 to 2005, in order to avoid the blocking of full cargoes of products on the borders of the EU....
