04/08/2005 (Agence Europe) - Javier Solana, EU High Representative for CFSP, wrote to President Bakiyev on Thursday thanking the Kyrgyz authorities for having cooperated with the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in transferring 439 Uzbeks to a third country (Romania).
