04/08/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given its go-ahead to the proposal from the German firm, Deutsche Annington Immobilien GmbH (DAIG), which operates in real estate management, to acquire sole control of Viterra Gruppe, which is currently controlled by E.ON. The operation was endorsed after examination according to simplified procedure.
