02/08/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has authorised the acquisition of Flughafen Düsseldorf Informationstechnologie GmbH (FDITG), by Flughafen Düsseldorf GmbH, which hitherto held all of it, and by Dutch SITA Information Networking Computing BV. FDITG will provide services linked to information technologies to the airport of Düsseldorf. The deal was examined according to simplified procedure.
