02/08/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given its go-ahead to the project submitted by the American investment bank, Goldman Sachs, to acquire sole control of the German company, Treofan, which manufactures and markets flexible plastic packaging for consumer and industrial goods. The operation was examined according to simplified procedure.
