20/07/2005 (Agence Europe) - After COREPER reached agreement on 8 July, the EU Council of Ministers adopted on Monday without debate the negotiation guidelines for a new fishing partnership agreement with Morocco (see Europe 8989). The first negotiating meeting may be held at the end of the month.
