20/07/2005 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 18 July, the Council welcomed the launch of the operational phase of the "rule of law" mission of the EU for Iraq ("EUJUST LEX"). The two first integrated training courses designed for high-level officials of the judicial system, the police services and the penitentiary system in Iraq have already started in France.
