ECGF in favour of directive on cross-border exercise of shareholders' voting rights

Brussels, 27/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Corporate Governance Forum (ECGF) is examining the convergence of national codes on corporate governance matters (EUROPE 8874). At its meeting of 20 June, it held an exchange of views on several aspects relating to shareholders' rights and internal controls.
